An extended journal version of our IEEE CoG 2024 work, this paper provides a comprehensive treatment of user-centric evolutionary camouflage design for games. We present a full user study evaluating the system across multiple game environments and player demographics, with detailed analysis of how player preference drives convergence in the evolutionary process.
